Disability Support Worker – Supported Independent Living Homes Location: Gordon | Permanent Part-Timer Are you an experienced Disability Support Worker who enjoys variety, meaningful work, and being part of a supportive team? Sunnyfield is seeking compassionate and reliable support workers to join our Supported Independent Living Homes in Gordon. This is a hands-on role where no two shifts are the same. You’ll play a key role in supporting people to live independently, build confidence, and enjoy life — all while working across a 24/7 rotating roster. About the role: You’ll be supporting participants in a Homes environment by: Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks Supporting meal preparation, household duties, and medication (as trained) Encouraging independence, choice, and skill-building Supporting community access and social engagement Following individual support and behaviour support plans Completing shift notes and required documentation Working across days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts\ About you: You’re someone who: Has previous experience working in Supported Independent Living Homes Is comfortable and flexible working a 24/7 roster Brings patience, empathy, and a positive attitude to every shift Communicates well and works confidently both independently and in a team Holds, or is willing to obtain, an NDIS Worker Screening Check Why work with Sunnyfield?
