We are looking for a Dynamic, Motivated and Enthusiastic RN, experienced working in General Practice and have a genuine care and understanding for our patients. This is a Part-Time position for 3 to 5 days a week. Essential Criteria: Excellent organisational and time management skills Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional manner Experience and a good understanding of the general practice and the treatment room environment Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration Able to do nurse administrative work with attention to detail Current CPR certification Eligibility to work in Australia Computer literate and knowledge of Best Practice software an advantage Minimum 1 year experience as a RN in a similar roll essential Duties include, but are not limited to: Ensuring consumables, equipment and medications are kept stocked and maintained Maintain cleanliness of treatment room to a high standard in accordance with National Standards Work with the Practice Manager and Principal to ensure we are delivering efficient and effective patient care and to maintain a suite of Practice Policies and Procedures Perform clinical examinations and diagnostic testing Assisting Doctors with minor procedures Immunisations including COVID 19 Vaccinations Maintaining a Recall and Reminder System Wound Management and Dressings Triage and assessment of patients Chronic Disease Management Ability to Work Independently Only successful candidates will be contacted for interviews.
