What You'll Be Working On Creating visual excellence across your cluster: Ensure every store in your cluster maintains world-class presentation standards Execute VM calendar initiatives and seasonal campaigns to deadline Implement instore VM guidelines and style guides with consistency Build inspirational room sets and displays that connect customers to our brand Driving commercial success: Maximise sales opportunities through creative floorspace zoning tailored to local demographics Analyse sales and space productivity data to inform merchandising decisions Balance visual impact with commercial needs to merchandise for profit Leading and developing teams: Provide training and support to Store Presentation Assistants and retail teams Partner with Store Managers to elevate the visual environment in each location Attend weekly store meetings to review performance and plan improvements Managing change and projects: Collaborate on floorplan and planogram changes across your cluster Assist with store refits and new builds within your region What Type of Person Will Succeed You're highly creative with a strong sense of style and an eye for what makes a space beautiful and functional. Essential experience and qualifications: Visual Merchandising qualification and/or minimum 3 years' experience in visual merchandising (home interiors experience is a strong advantage) Understanding of bulky goods retailing Ability to analyse sales reports and translate data into action Computer skills: Microsoft Office, floorplan zoning and mapping A copy of your resume highlighting your relevant experiences and skills.
