Dubbo plaster Master is on the lookout for a reliable and motivated Plaster Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This is more than just a driving job — you’ll be a key part of our operation, helping keep our customers and trade partners moving by delivering the right products, on time, every time. What You’ll Be Doing Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently Delivering plaster and building materials to customers and tradespeople Restocking and organising the warehouse Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe yard and warehouse Providing friendly, professional customer service on every delivery Dealing with a wide range of customers across residential, commercial, and industrial projects Identifying and resolving delivery issues where possible, escalating when needed Following company policies, procedures, and safety standards What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a similar delivery or warehouse role (preferred but not essential) A good understanding of building materials or the construction industry Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers A problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude Ability to work to deadlines and manage delivery schedules Current MR driver’s licence (essential) Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one What’s In It For You?
