The Role Own the paid social channel across Meta, TikTok, Criteo, Pinterest and other relevant platforms — from strategy to execution. Plan and launch full-funnel campaigns aligned with key business and marketing goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to brief in creative assets and provide clear feedback on performance-driven content. Work closely with the eCommerce team to ensure landing pages support and enhance paid campaign performance. Test and learn across creative formats, messaging, targeting, placements and audiences — and translate insights into action. Monitor performance closely and manage budgets to maximise efficiency, scale wins, and hit KPIs. Share performance insights, opportunities, and learnings regularly with the wider marketing team. Stay on the pulse of platform updates and paid social trends, always bringing fresh thinking to the table.
