Right now, we’re looking for a highly organised, people-focused coordinator to own the onboarding experience for our new employees and support our Talent Acquisition team. About the Role Based in our Clayton head office, you will: Be the key contact for new starters and their managers from letter of offer through to the end of probation Coordinate inductions and onboarding check-ins to ensure a smooth, welcoming start Prepare contracts, position descriptions and manage onboarding administration and systems Support recruitment activities including candidate communication, careers events, application screening and pre-employment checks Liaise with hiring managers on requisitions, induction plans and probation reviews to keep everything on track About You You’re a proactive coordinator with a positive nature, who loves helping people feel supported and set up for success. You communicate clearly and professionally and are genuinely passionate about delivering a great employee experience.
