The Housekeeping team ensures guests have unforgettable experiences throughout their stay in Thredbo Village. They cover a range of accommodations such as the Thredbo Alpine Hotel and Thredbo Alpine Apartments as well as various external properties. Roles range through all stages of a guests experience from making their booking, preparing for their arrival and ensuring they are welcome and assisted throughout their entire stay. Within all roles it is a requirement to provide excellent customer service, maintain a strong level of knowledge about the resort and deal well in fast paced environments. Housekeeping Attendant: Housekeepers are the behind-the-scenes team essential to the guests’ experience. While being responsible for cleaning and restocking the Thredbo Alpine Hotel rooms, restaurants, bars and public areas as well as the Alpine Apartments and Riverside Cabins, you also look after laundering all the linen for the hotel & apartments. Working independently and as part of a team to attend to all aspects of cleaning hotel rooms and apartments to a 4-star level. Skills & Experience Previous experience (Desirable). Attention to detail. Housekeeping Supervisor: Coordinate the cleaning of required areas daily and oversee productivity of housekeeping attendants. This role still requires performing routine duties to maintain and clean hotel rooms and self-contained apartments, public areas, bars, and assisting in laundry duties as directed by managers. Skills & Experience Previous experience and/ or appropriate level of training in supervising others. Previous experience within the current role.
