Stability scale: A national organisation with a strong growth agenda.About the RoleLegal OperationsOptimise systems and legal ops technology to maximise team efficiency.Administer contract lifecycle.Manage external law firm relationships, in particular invoicing, and managing cost allocation of legal firm invoicing to Opal HealthCare’s departments.Assist with budgeting and invoice management with the Group Financial Controller.Administer responses to information requests and subpoenas in accordance with company processes.Coordinate business name and trademark registrations and renewals. Administer platforms (or the equivalent of) DocuSign, Diligent, and LawVu including managing vendor relationships and preparing dashboard reporting.Company Secretariat SupportAssist with Board and Committee meeting preparation (6 major Board meetings committee cycles).Prepare agendas, upload papers to Diligent, distribute papers to management, maintain resources folders on Diligent.Draft shell minutes and maintain the Company Register.Liaise with our external agent to ensure timely ASIC filings, including director changes, annual statements and levy submissions.Coordinate director‑level documentation (Deeds of Access & Indemnity, records, membership registers).Additional Governance SupportAssist with Whistleblower Program coordination.Support Privacy Awareness Month and internal privacy communications.Assist with annual group insurance renewals and notifications.Coordinateraining and education programs for Care Community leaders.What You’ll Bring:5 - 10 years’ experience in a legal secretariat, company secretariat, governance or similar corporate role. Strong desire to grow and develop in the role.Strong understanding of board processes, legal workflows and compliance administration. High proficiency with digital systems (LawVu, Diligent, DocuSign or equivalents). Outstanding organisation, attention to detail and stakeholder management capability. Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
