To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience as a senior casual, key holder, 3IC, or supervisor in a high-volume retail environment Proven ability to lead a team and deliver strong results in sales and KPIs A proactive, hands-on leader with a 'Make it Happen' mindset Strong communication skills and a passion for coaching others Operational know-how across stock management and visual merchandising A genuine enthusiasm for customer experience and working with premium product
