We are seeking a reliable, motivated and values-aligned Disability Support Worker to join our dedicated team based in Burleigh Heads . This role primarily supports a residential setting and offers a mix of independent and team-based work, supporting residents to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. This opportunity is ideal for a positive, proactive communicator with a can-do attitude who can motivate, engage and support people with diverse needs. Experience is highly regarded, particularly for candidates confident working independently and within a team environment. Flexibility, initiative and strong communication skills are essential. You will be supporting eight residents with intellectual disability. Experience supporting people with challenging behaviours is ideal. The role requires someone who is a strong team player while also being confident working independently when required.
