About the opportunity: The position is responsible for the day-to-day management of purchase orders and invoices for Retail portfolio and will provide general support to the broader property finance team. The position will work closely with the property finance team and property management team to provide accurate and timely financial information and to ensure adherence with internal controls, policies and procedures within their areas of responsibility. Key responsibilities are: • Raise purchase orders for statutory expenditures and service contract expenses • Maintain status tracker for statutory expenditures • Code invoice in P2P system • Update purchase order dashboard to assist timely review by property management team • Reconcile vendor accounts • Identify gaps between invoice and purchase order, liaising with property management teams and vendors to investigate and close the gaps • Assist in budget and reforecast process • Provide trainings to property management team for finance related areas • Challenge status quo, identify business improvement opportunities and drive changes • Ensure adherence to Charter Hall’s obligations under relevant legislation including various Real Estate Licensing requirements Benefits that matter Together, our efforts shape the success of our customers and communities for years to come.
