This role will provide you the ability to: Be engaged in all aspects of a client relationship - including eliciting user requirements, no-code platform configuration, training, and support management Build, implement, and support solutions for our clients Work in project teams to ensure the smooth execution of deliverables Perform Quality Assurance and create documentation Understand customer requirements and business objectives Provide training assistance with new and existing customers Manage requests for assistance through the help desk As you progress you can: Assist national sales representatives in the Asia/Pacific region with product knowledge and planning support for new projects Provide product development advice to a global R&D team Develop leadership and mentoring skills About you: We are looking for team members who have started their career and looking for their next opportunity.
