The role This is a full time, 1 year fixed-term position working within our Hillcrest Secondary campus. Commencement Term 1 2026. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who is passionate about inclusive education and supporting students with diverse learning needs to reach their full potential The successful applicant will: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated learning programs to meet the individual needs of students Support students with additional learning needs to achieve educational, social, and personal goals Design, deliver, and evaluate individualised education programs (IEPs) that cater for students with diverse learning needs, including disabilities, learning difficulties, and exceptional abilities. Use inclusive teaching strategies and positive behaviour support practices Monitor and report on student progress Work collaboratively with education support staff, families, therapists, and external agencies to support holistic student development. About You We are looking for a teacher who: Holds a recognised teaching qualification and current VIT registration (or eligibility) Has experience in Special Education and/or VM/VPC programs (desirable) Demonstrates strong skills in differentiation, student engagement, and inclusive practice Has excellent communication and teamwork skills Is flexible, patient, and committed to student wellbeing and success CREST Education is a child safe employer and is committed to the welfare of children and their protection.
