Bega Site Management Essential Criteria: Relevant tertiary qualifications in compliance, risk management, health administration, or a related field. Accreditation or certification in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) - desirable Demonstrated experience in operations, facilities, or site management. Strong understanding of WHS, facilities compliance, and risk management. Proven experience in compliance, assurance, or risk management roles within health, community, or government sectors. Experience in leading complaints management and quality improvement initiatives. Demonstrated success in supporting accreditation processes and audit assessments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and programs. High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement. High level of initiative and ability to manage competing priorities. The ability to work within a cross-cultural environment and knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationship building skills across government agencies and community organisations.
