About the Role You’ll lead the delivery and adoption of AI and data-driven solutions across the business, reporting to the CIO ANZ. This is your chance to scale a team, shape strategy, and embed AI into operations to deliver tangible business outcomes. You’ll work with global AI teams, implement enterprise-grade solutions, and make a real impact on both efficiency and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead AI Strategy & Governance: Own AI roadmaps, develop standards, policies, and governance frameworks. Data & AI Architecture: Establish and evolve scalable, secure AI and data architecture delivering measurable business value. AI Adoption & Change Management: Champion organisation-wide adoption of AI tools, platforms, and workflows. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders and global AI teams to prioritise initiatives and influence decisions. Outcome Measurement: Define success metrics, track ROI, and ensure AI initiatives deliver tangible business results. About You Proven leadership in AI, data, and analytics , with experience driving digital transformation. Track record delivering technology transformation programs and leading high-performing teams. Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills. Pragmatic, commercially savvy, and passionate about leveraging AI to deliver real-world outcomes.
