OC Analyst Location: Perth, Western Australia Engagement: Contract (12 months with strong likelihood of extension) About the Role: Our client is delivering a large-scale, enterprise-wide technology transformation program and is seeking an experienced OC Analyst to support the delivery of change initiatives across the full change lifecycle. Reporting to the Project OCM Lead, this is a hands-on generalist role focused on turning established change strategies and plans into practical, on-the-ground outcomes. You will work closely with project teams, business stakeholders and change networks to ensure impacted groups are engaged, informed and supported throughout the transition. This role suits someone who is comfortable working in structured environments, follows strong change disciplines, and can pragmatically execute at pace. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the delivery of change management strategies, plans and roadmaps aligned to the project. Assisting with stakeholder analysis, impact assessments and change readiness activities. Supporting engagement activities, including workshops, communications and feedback tracking. Assisting with service design activities using human-centred design principles. Supporting training needs analysis, learning plans and training delivery coordination. Acting as a visible change advocate across impacted business areas. Supporting implementation activities, including communications, training and transition support. Contributing to OCM reporting, dashboards, metrics and performance tracking. Key Outcomes & Measures Stakeholders are informed, engaged and supported through change Change activities delivered in line with agreed plans and timelines Training delivered effectively, with feedback captured and improvements identified Clear reporting on change progress, sentiment and adoption metrics Practical support provided to business areas during transition phases About You: You are a capable and organised OC professional who enjoys working in delivery-focused environments. You are comfortable operating across multiple workstreams, supporting senior change practitioners, and engaging with a broad stakeholder group. You value structure, good process and documentation, but can also adapt and be pragmatic when required. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.
