About the Practice RNZCGP accredited & AEWV approved Newly established in 2024 with a diverse group of approximately 3,200 enrolled patients, aiming to grow to 5,000 Multidisciplinary model including GP, Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Prescriber, Registered Nurse, HIP, Health Coach, HCA, and administrative staff Collaborative culture — patients experience a true team-based, shared-care approach Modern, renovated facility with contemporary fittings and equipment Indici PMS and patient portal, with some clinicians independently using Heidi Pharmacy, dental, and other allied/wellness providers located on-site for easy collaboration The Role Dedicated and large consult room available from January 3-4 days p/w week with customizable template Minimal on-call requirements, shared across the clinical team Broad, true generalist scope — from acute presentations to chronic care Opportunity to contribute to growth, systems, and ongoing practice development Services Provided GP and Nurse Practitioner consultations for all ages Chronic condition management and long-term care planning Preventive health checks and screening (cervical smears, cardiovascular, diabetes, etc.) Immunisations and travel vaccinations Minor surgery and skin procedures ACC injury management and medical certifications (driver, employment, insurance) Men’s, women’s, and family health services Mental health and wellbeing support Nurse-led clinics and medication reviews Referrals to allied and community health services 3.
