About Hotel Kurrajong Canberra: Heritage-listed property, opened in 2014 147 rooms and suites Chifley’s Bar & Grill & Whisky Bar Multi-award-winning wedding venue (national & state awards since 2020) 6 unique conference & event spaces for up to 200 guests Your Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments Drive revenue strategies and financial performance Support department heads in delivering seamless service Ensure food safety and quality standards Lead Conference & Events success and innovation Manage rosters and cost-effective staffing About You: 2 years senior hotel leadership experience in Rooms, Operations or Front Office Strong understanding of full-service hotel operations Commercially savvy with a passion for hospitality Hands-on leadership style and excellent communication skills Proficiency in PMS/POS (Protel, Micros desirable) RSA & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Eligible to work permanently in Australia without sponsorship Why Join Us?
