On the back of a great year for our students, we seek experienced Cricket players/coaches who want to turn their passion into a real job and coach. Shore is seeking expressions of interest from dedicated and passionate Cricket coaches to work with students at our Senior and Preparatory School on a seasonal, casual basis, culminating in the school’s participation in the GPS competition. We invite applications from experienced, qualified Coaches. It is expected that Cricket Coaches attend all training sessions (weekdays, weekends, holidays), Camps, Professional Development activities organised by the Head of Cricket and Preparatory School Sportsmaster. In order to be considered for this position you will: Valid NSW Working with Children Check (Employment Status) Experience working with young adolescents, ideally in a school setting Experience coaching/playing Cricket at a high level Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building and maintaining quality relationships with all members of the school’s community. Flexibility and the ability to adapt and operate effectively in a demanding and changing environment. Passionate about Cricket and helping students to develop as athletes and young adults. Candidates must be eligible to work in Australia and have a current NSW Working with Children clearance (employment status) or the willingness to attain one.
