Our team proudly supports the region's road network, contributing to some of Southeast Queensland's most significant infrastructure projects. We're looking for an experienced ITS Civil Leading Hand to join our high-performing Construction and Maintenance Team in Brisbane based out of our Brisbane Airport office. If you're ready to lead crews and take the next step in your civil construction career, this is your opportunity to work on Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), traffic signals, and road lighting across current and future infrastructure projects. What you'll bring MR Licence (essential) Minimum 3 years' experience in ITS, traffic signals, and road lighting Proven leadership experience managing crews or multiple teams Skilled in civil labouring and concreting (slabs, fixtures, fittings, footings) Knowledge of plant operation (highly regarded) Experience with local council or QLD TMR projects Strong understanding of relevant council and TMR specifications and standards Confident in mentoring apprentices, coordinating subcontractors, and reviewing quality Committed to safety and Zero Harm principles What's on offer On the job training and up skilling Above award pay rates Night shift and weekend allowances Proud to be recognised as a WORK180 Endorsed Employer for All Women.
