The successful candidate will assist allied health professionals in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting therapy programs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinical operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hospital settings, rehabilitation services, community health, or allied health support roles . Key Responsibilities Assist allied health professionals (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, etc.) with therapy sessions and treatment plans Support patients with mobility, exercises, and daily therapy activities Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical records Assist with patient transport and positioning as required Follow infection control, safety, and healthcare compliance standards Provide compassionate and professional patient support Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an Allied Health Assistant or Healthcare Assistant Strong understanding of patient care and clinical support practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment High attention to detail and professionalism Physical capability to assist patients safely Preferred Qualifications Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent) Experience in hospital, rehabilitation, aged care, or community health settings Knowledge of NDIS, therapy programs, or clinical documentation Experience working within Australian healthcare systems Why Join IIQAF Group Competitive salary: AUD 64,000 – AUD 75,000 per year Stable role in the Hospital / Health Care industry Supportive multidisciplinary clinical environment Ongoing training and career progression opportunities
