They specialise in commercial, education, and industrial builds across new builds, fit-outs, and refurbishments, with projects right across SEQ. This upcoming project is based inner north Brisbane, and you’ll be stepping into a business that genuinely backs its people. The leadership team collectively brings 30 years of industry experience and has built a tight-knit, down-to-earth crew that values growth, support, and doing things properly. Why You’ll Want This Role Up to $180k Super New project from day one – lead, shape, and deliver without inheriting issues Growth opportunities – pipeline of future SEQ projects Supportive, tight-knit leadership and on-site team culture The Role As the Site Manager / Foreman, you’ll play a key role on-site, working closely with the Project Manager to deliver a high-quality project from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include: Overseeing and coordinating daily site activities Managing and supporting subcontractors on site Driving the program and ensuring quality standards are met Monitoring materials, plant, and equipment usage Proactively managing site safety in line with the company’s Safety Management Plan Identifying and resolving on-site issues as they arise Assisting with the training and development of apprentices What We’re Looking For 5 years in construction with experience in commercial, industrial, or education projects Strong structural construction knowledge and experience with civil/in-ground works Confident reading and interpreting construction drawings Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Trade qualification or relevant certification (preferred) Safety-first mindset and commitment to quality delivery Jobpac Experience How to apply: Please submit your resume by hitting APPLY or contact us directly: Drue Burbery | drue@huntdrecruit.au | 0437 938 229 All applications will be held in strict confidence , only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
