An exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the Seafolly team at our store in Sorrento! You will be a positive and inclusive leader whose focus is on creating customer experiences to empower women to feel confident at the beach, whilst fostering an inclusive and fun working environment for your team. This is a Part-time, permanent role working: 18.5 hours per week off-peak - Thurs, Fri, Sat 24 hours per week in peak season - Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat You will: Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals through a positive selling culture Deliver training regularly to develop your team on exceptional customer service and styling Ensure your store always represents and meets the Seafolly Visual Merchandising standards Complete operational tasks such as rostering, security, stock, and financial management Go the extra mile to make your customers feel empowered and confident at the beach Mentor & motivate your team to personally embrace the lifestyle and brand to make Seafolly the most loved Australian swimwear brand You have: Previous experience in the fashion retail industry, desirably within a Store Management, or Supervisor role A proactive & enthusiastic approach to lead your team to success Exceptional people skills and a positive attitude A love of collaborative teamwork and growing with your team Availability in line with the roster, with the ability to flex on occasion We offer: Generous employee discounts on Seafolly, JETS & Tigerlily products An attractive bonus incentive program Paid parental leave Birthday Leave.
