Your Role As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you’ll provide expert clinical leadership and deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services. Your focus will include clinic-based service development, supporting adolescents and adults with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently. Key responsibilities: Deliver advanced Occupational Therapy interventions in clinic and community settings. Drive innovation in service models and quality improvement. Provide specialist consultation for complex cases. Mentor junior therapists and supervise students. Contribute to service development and research initiatives. What We’re Looking For Bachelor or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Current AHPRA registration. Expertise in evidence-based interventions for physical and intellectual disability. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
