Wyong, Central Coast $28.38 per hour super shift penalties About the role MSS Security is seeking a professional, well-presented Security Concierge to join our team at a key site located in Wyong on the Central Coast . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strong security awareness with a high level of customer service and professionalism. As a Security Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors, while also maintaining a safe and secure environment. This position offers a consistent rotating roster with a mix of night and day shifts, primarily across weeknights and weekends. Grade 3 Security position Concierge-style security role with a strong customer service focus Predominantly weeknight and weekend coverage Combination of day and night shifts : 6:00am – 6:00pm 6:00pm – 6:00am 3-week rotating roster , providing structure and consistency: Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday (6:00pm–6:00am) Week 2: Thursday, Friday & Saturday (6:00pm–6:00am) Week 3: Monday (6:00pm–6:00am), Friday, Saturday & Sunday (6:00am–6:00pm) Key Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for all site visitors Providing a visible and professional security presence Access control and monitoring of entry points Monitoring CCTV and alarm systems Responding to incidents and emergencies in line with site procedures Completing accurate incident reports and shift documentation Assisting tenants, staff, and visitors with general enquiries About You Current NSW Security Licence (Grade 3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail Professional presentation and reliable work ethic Ability to work rotating rosters, including nights and weekends Previous concierge or corporate security experience highly regarded What We Offer $28.38 per hour applicable penalty rates Stable, ongoing role with a structured rotating roster Central Coast–based location (Wyong) Supportive team environment Opportunity to work at a professional, well-managed site If you are a motivated security professional looking for a stable role that values both security expertise and customer service, we encourage you to apply.
