We’re now seeking an experienced Sales Principal to lead our two new Bentleigh East and Brighton East developments. This role is ideally suited to a senior sales professional with strong retirement living or lifestyle-led property sales experience, who is motivated by meaningful customer outcomes and commercial results. About the Role As Sales Principal, you’ll take ownership of the full sales journey for the two Bentleigh East and Brighton East developments, driving revenue, deposits and settlements while delivering an exceptional, trust-based customer experience. You’ll build strong relationships with purchasers, guide them through complex decisions, and remain connected from first enquiry through to settlement. Working closely with Development, Marketing and Operations, you’ll contribute to pricing, release strategies and sales campaigns, helping shape the commercial success of this premium new community. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end sales process from enquiry through to settlement Achieve or exceed revenue, deposit and settlement targets Build trusted relationships with purchasers, project teams and stakeholders Contribute to sales strategy, pricing, release planning and marketing campaigns Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce) and provide timely reporting and insights Mentor and coach Sales Professionals where applicable Represent Levande with professionalism, care and integrity at all times About You You’re a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in retirement living, land lease, lifestyle property or residential development sales. You combine commercial acumen with empathy, integrity and a genuine commitment to helping customers make confident, well-informed decisions about their next stage of life.
