Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve meals to a high standard, following menu guidelines and minimising waste. Manage stock efficiently; ordering, receiving, and rotating to ensure freshness and compliance with food safety standards. Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining area, including equipment and surfaces. Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and productive environment. Follow all WHS and food safety procedures, including audits, chemical handling, and accurate record-keeping. About You: Previous food safety training and a solid understanding of HACCP principles. Experience in food preparation and cooking, with strong communication and basic budgeting skills. A proactive, respectful team player who takes feedback well and contributes to a positive work culture. Ability to manage time effectively, stay calm under pressure, and maintain high standards.
