About the role As Village Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will be dedicated to exceeding expectations of our amazing team of island colleagues and ensure the highest level of service is consistently provided. You will be responsible for village Shop as well as helping the bar (when and if needed) including making coffees, stocktake and working with the manager to make sure that our colleagues have a great experience in the village. About you We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. You will have barista skills, stocktake and a great customer service background.
