Kerman Contracting is seeking experienced QA/QC Engineer to help to deliver Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) projects for a Tier 1 client. This is a FIFO role from Perth on a 2:1 roster , offering a fixed-term contract. As a QA/QC Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the projects' daily quality assurance and quality control responsibilities to ensure they are constructed according to the established minimum standards. Our Benefits on Offer: As a QA/QC with Kerman, you will have the following benefits: 18 months fixed term (potential to go longer) with leave accrual (Annual Leave and Sick Leave) 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth Attractive Base Hourly Rate Attractive completion bonus (on Base) paid out on project completion Salary sacrifice opportunities Strong and diverse project pipeline offering job security Supportive team structure consisting of Quality Manager, Project Manager and Site Manager Roles, Duties and Responsibilities: Implements and maintains the Project Quality Plan site systems Coordinates onsite inspection and testing activities Ensure progressive monitoring, recording, tracking and collation of all quality documents for each construction discipline (including – Inspection Test Plans, Field Checklists, Construction Verification Certificates, Test Records, Commissioning Documentation, etc.) Coordinates onsite MDR documentation Monitoring of Completions & Commissioning Management System (CCMS) data vs actual works manages punch list in CCMS, records and compile deliverables on CCMS. Liaise with client quality representatives as required Participates in Site Project Progress Meetings Perform Quality checks on all completion documents from the contractors and staff Maintain the NCR register and coordinate the responses to the client/subcontractors (external/internal NCRs) while ensuring corrective actions have been completed on time Participate in periodic site quality audit Regularly communicate with Perth Head Office on-site QA/QC issues/progress.
