Primary Responsibilities: Lead and manage our spa team, ensuring that the highest standards of service and care are consistently met Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction Train, mentor, and develop spa staff, nurturing a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Monitor and maintain inventory levels, retail sales, and cost controls Collaborate with the team to create and promote revenue-generating ideas and spa packages Develop a strong understanding of the spa's products and the wide range of treatments and services we offer Seamlessly handle appointments, payments, and those essential administrative tasks, making it all look like a breeze Skills & Experience Hold a Diploma or Cert IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage, showcasing dedication to professional qualifications Proven expertise in retail, sales, leadership, training, and team development Strong business acumen and a focus on achieving business goals Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Exemplify impeccable grooming, presentation and have a thoughtful communication style Possess expert time management skills, with the ability to customise treatments for each guest's unique needs Maintain composure and agility under pressure Bring a proactive, positive attitude, complemented by Hotel / Resort Spa experience, and be available for weekend and late-shift flexibility to meet guest needs
