BE part of the change In this role you will: Coordinate and track global air and sea freight shipments. Expedite urgent orders and liaise with carriers, customs agents, and shipping partners. Prepare and manage import/export and customs documentation. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DG requirements, and Incoterms 2020. Negotiate ad‑hoc freight rates, including Out of Gauge cargo, and secure space bookings. Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, customs officers, and shipping agents. Resolve customs or shipping delays and provide timely status updates. Act as the focal point for urgent domestic and international material movements. Manage the company’s asset disposal process with auction houses and asset agents. BE part of the solution Considerable experience in Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance. Strong knowledge of freight forwarding terms, regulations, and international shipping practices. Understanding of Dangerous Goods classifications. Effective negotiation and clear communication skills. Proficient in relevant logistics and freight management systems. Strong problem‑solving ability with confidence handling unexpected issues. Excellent organisational and logistics coordination skills.
