Your Next Opportunity We’re on the lookout for a full-time Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at our One Mile Beach Holidays site. Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in being the welcoming face of the park, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, and having fun while doing it! Monitor guest feedback and room audits, using insights to improve service and escalate safety or maintenance issues. Manage housekeeping operations, including stocktakes, ordering linen and amenities, and maintaining tidy storage areas. Perform hands-on cleaning duties in rooms and common areas to meet health and guest standards. Collaborate with the Park Manager and team, building strong relationships while supporting a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.
