You bring: Experience in retirement living, property or facility management, hospitality or a related service industry (5 to 7 years or more) Strong people leadership capability, ideally across multi-site operations or larger team Proven financial and commercial acumen with demonstrated budget management experience A solid understanding of compliance and safety frameworks, ideally within the Retirement Villages Ac Confidence in conflict resolution, complaint management and resident engagement Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder relationship skills Comfort with technology, reporting systems and operational processes Empathy, resilience and a genuine commitment to creating exceptional resident experiences Why Levande Our name comes from the Swedish word for vivid and full of life.
