PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our Primary Processing team. In this role, you will support production by managing waste removal, transporting pallets, and carrying out general forklift duties to keep operations running smoothly. You will play an important role in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment while ensuring all waste and recyclable materials are moved, emptied, and disposed of safely and in line with company procedures. Shift: 12:00am – 8:06am (Night Shift), Monday to Friday. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Forklift Operations Move pallets and raw materials to designated storage and processing areas Collect, empty, and consolidate waste bins and recycling Conduct pre-operational safety checks before operating forklifts Follow all safe driving and load-handling procedures Support production teams with general forklift and materials-handling tasks Quality & GMP Work in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards across work areas Complete required paperwork, forms, and check sheets accurately Contribute to clean and organised production zones Safety & OHS Follow all Hazeldenes safety procedures and policies Report hazards, near misses, equipment issues, or incidents promptly Use correct manual-handling techniques and cooperate with safety improvements Take reasonable care of your own and others’ safety Production Support Assist production teams as required Follow instructions from Team Leaders and Supervisors Support continuous improvement and efficient workflow Disclaimer: The duties and responsibilities outlined above are not exhaustive and may change from time to time based on business needs. About You We are looking for someone who is: Confident and competent operating a forklift (High-Risk LF licence required) Willing and able to work the night shift (12:00am – 8:06am, Monday to Friday).
