About the Role: Complete all duties as per standard operating procedures. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene through diligent cleaning practices throughout the cinema complex. Ensures correct product presentation. Policy and procedures knowledge including all WHS practises. Prepare food and beverages for sale, following standards of quality and presentation. Stock replenishment, in accordance with merchandising planogram. Conduct ticket checks including online check-in procedure while providing assistance to customers, ensuring customer comfort is maintained. Demonstrates and maintains a good knowledge of products and services offered to enhance the overall customer experience. Knowledge of appropriate communication skills, including two-way radios. Undertake minor maintenance and repairs as required. Lost property maintenance. Attend and complete all mandatory training sessions (as applicable) as designated by EVT. Demonstrate awareness of and adherence to fire and emergency training and procedures. May undertake cash handling training under supervision by a Cinema Worker Level 3 (or above).
