As the Food and Beverage Administration Coordinator you will oversee and coordinate the activities of all staff engaged in the Food and Beverage department. Working with the F&B Leadership team a primary responsibility is to manage the seasonal and year-round onboarding, assist in rostering all F&B venues, compliance with the time and attendance system, and implement effective processes to ensure relevant communications reach front line team members. Working within the F&B teams, you are to provide leadership and guidance to all and work with other leaders to implement strategies for increasing safety, work satisfaction and productivity. About the role Maintain knowledge of the business plans and assist the F&B leadership team in meeting these goals. Employee Administration tasks such as RSA compliance, appraisals & training Recruitment functions such as Onboarding & Offboarding Assist in the preparation and completion of weekly F&B rosters, ensuring all updates and changes are accurately reflected.
