JOB TITLE: Night Audit Supervisor/Relief Night Manager As an Assistant Night Manager, you will work together with the Night Team to anticipate and deliver an exceptional experience to all guests. You report to the Front Office Manager & Rooms Division Manager and collaborate with all departments, including but not limited to: Management, Housekeeping, Sales, Reservations, Maintenance and all Food & Beverage; to execute stunning service to our guests. The Duties & Responsibilities To represent the face of the hotel to be able to offer an enticing, warm welcome to all guests entering The Victoria Hotel To keep abreast of current Melbourne trends, experiences and product knowledge to create a customized experience for your guests every time To ensure you are presented impeccably groomed and looking your best at all times To execute best practice of all hotel procedures and policies at all times Anticipate and meet guest needs and desires immediately as they occur during the night shift Accurately identify any discrepancy, which exists between revenue and payments Being totally conversant with regard to all aspects of opera as it relates to specific night audit functions To maintain a proactive and positive approach to the role in order to achieve success To communicate effectively and professionally with all staff & management To promote all areas of the business and ensure adequate details are obtained and passed on to the correct manager following any enquiries after hours The Offer: Competitive Salary Opportunity to grow in the company and enjoy EVT career opportunities in management or alike with new hotel's coming up all the time About You: The successful candidate needs to possess the following experience and skills: You have an outgoing personality, positive attitude and loads of initiative You are eager to grow your skill set and learn about hotel's to grow your career Looking for someone keen to advance their hotel career to develop into a higher role in the future.
