About the Role Sanitarium seeks an experienced Network Manager and Systems Administrator to direct the strategy and governance of our network and voice services while performing hands‑on administration, ensuring secure, reliable connectivity across our manufacturing and corporate environments in AU/NZ. In this role, you will: Plan, design, and manage changes to corporate networks (LAN, WAN, internet, remote access) Administer network management systems and out-of-band systems for remote sites Liaise with telecommunications carriers to diagnose and resolve service faults Monitor, review, and resolve network performance issues Maintain network access controls and security in partnership with the Information Security team Undertake scheduled network maintenance and upgrade activities Maintain and extend network documentation and administration processes Contribute to IT disaster recovery processes and infrastructure strategy development What We’re Looking For Strong technical expertise in network administration and infrastructure management Experience with network security and performance monitoring Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of change management processes and IT disaster recovery All applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have the legal right to work in Australia.
