We are currently hiring a Senior Manager of Resident Health & Wellbeing, based out of our Sydney Head Office. Reporting to the Executive General Manager – Residential, this role will see you lead programs that make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for designing and delivering a nationally coordinated program of Health, Wellbeing, and Engagement Services that bring our HOME principles to life. Lead the Ingenia Connect and Activate programs to foster social connection, mental wellbeing, and purpose. Oversee initiatives like volunteer programs, educational partnerships, and wellness touchpoints. Ensure compliance with aged care legislation and provide guidance to operational teams. Create engaging content for our resident app and Lifestyle magazine. Coach and inspire a high-performing team. About You Experience in aged care, health, or wellbeing sectors. Proven ability to design and manage health and wellbeing programs. Strong leadership and change management skills. Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and person-centred care. A formal qualification in Allied Health or relevant clinical experience.
