We are seeking Production Operators for our Pharmaceutical customer located in Banksmeadow with various roles available for an IMMEDIATE START! Your duties will consist of the following (but not limited to): AM shift: Dispensers $33.25 5:54am starts - 5days a week Dispensing of raw ingredients Working from a document to measure prescribed amounts of raw materials. Processing materials as per documented instruction through to sieving and then loading raw materials into mixing bins. Reconciliation of bin and movement of loaded bins up to 400 kgs assisted by second operator. Lifting capacity up to 25kg. Average lift 5 Kg - Physicality a requirement! PM shift: Encapsulation & Packaging Operators 1:54pm starts - $34.44 Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure successful operation of production equipment Meet daily production requirements to achieve Process Reliability (PR) Perform machine set ups changeovers, maintain flow of product through to packing Perform in-process checks for capsule weight, size and visual defects Identify and resolve machine or process issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and waste Accurately complete batch records and quality documents To be considered for these positions, you will: Have Full Working Rights - WHV or Student Visa Not Accepted!
