Requirements: Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander community. Appointment, and future increment progression, between pay points HWF3.1 to HWF3.5 requires: Certificate IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health, or Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work, or Certificate IV in Mental Health, or Certificate IV in Alcohol and other Drugs.
