The Role As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, ensuring top-quality dishes, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the Back of House team. Key responsibilities include overseeing inventory, managing supplier relationships, and srostering to ensure smooth kitchen operations. You'll lead and inspire the team by providing training and setting high standards for food preparation. Additionally, you'll conduct regular stocktakes, manage ordering, and ensure the kitchen reflects the brand's commitment to excellence.
