This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of stock management, ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked, organised, and replenished, all while maintaining smooth store operations. As the Inventory Lead , you'll be responsible for overseeing all stock-related tasks, including unpacking deliveries, managing inventory levels, and ensuring stock is always accessible and ready for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Stock Management : Oversee and manage the flow of stock, ensuring it's unpacked, organized, and stored correctly to optimize efficiency. Inventory Control : Maintain accurate stock levels, track product movement, and conduct regular stock takes to ensure minimal stock discrepancies. Unpacking Stock : Physically unpack deliveries, organize products on the sales floor, and ensure items are properly stored for easy access. Collaborate with Sales Team : Work closely with the Store Manager and sales team to ensure stock is available and easily accessible for customers and associates. Visual Merchandising Support : Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring stock is well-displayed and visually appealing. Safety and Compliance : Ensure all stock handling processes comply with health, safety, and company procedures.
