We are seeking an experienced, professional and confident Security Manager to lead security operations at one of Australia’s most iconic entertainment destinations. This is a high-profile, client-facing role responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and positive experience of patrons, staff, and stakeholders. You will oversee day-to-day security operations, lead a dedicated on-site team, and act as the key point of contact between Luna Park management and our business. This role requires an exceptional standard of professionalism, strong leadership, excellent judgement, and the ability to operate calmly and professionally in a dynamic public environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all security operations at Luna Park, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment Act as the primary liaison with Luna Park stakeholders, building strong and trusted relationships Supervise, mentor, and support security personnel, including shift leaders and supervisors Manage incident response, investigations, reporting, and escalation processes Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, licensing requirements, and site-specific procedures Coordinate security coverage for events, peak periods, and special activities Monitor service delivery standards and drive continuous improvement Ensure accurate rostering, attendance management, and reporting Represent the business professionally at all times in a high-visibility public setting About You You are a proactive and approachable security leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. You balance operational control with customer service and understand the importance of discretion, communication, and professionalism. You will have: Proven experience as a Security Manager or Senior Supervisor in a public-facing environment (entertainment, venues, precincts, retail, or similar). Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams. Excellent incident management, decision-making, and reporting capability. Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills. A calm, confident approach under pressure. Sound understanding of WHS and compliance obligations. Licences & Requirements Valid NSW Security Licence (unrestricted). Current First Aid Certificate. Working With Children Check. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
