The Group Accommodation Manager has an organisational leadership role and its main function is management and planning of Accommodation and Events at the Gold Coast Performance Centre. This role leads and manages bookings and front of house service delivery functions at the Venue, including supervising and coordinating guest and facility issue management, event program delivery, safety considerations, financial management and general overall venue performance. In this role you will: Lead and manage the bookings and front of house service delivery team to ensure the delivery of quality and safe experiences at the venue. Develop and ensure appropriate standards of client service and relationship management so as to position the Precinct as an exemplar sport and activerecreation accommodation facility. Lead the implementation of policies and procedures for the effective operation of the venue. Ensure compliance with relevant workplace health and safety legislation and associated requirements. As part of the leadership team, contribute to the development of marketing and promotion strategies for the venue. Provide leadership and direction in the implementation of sport and recreation events and accommodation programs, including development of site-specific program risk management guidelines. Provide leadership and direction in ensuring appropriate standards of client service delivery and stakeholder management within the venue and local community.
