Your new role: As the Inventory Control Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring Maintenance Services across Metro South Health are fully supported through effective inventory control, procurement and coordination of materials. You will: Coordinate inventory management and materials procurement using S/4HANA to support planned and corrective maintenance Manage day-to-day operations of the main maintenance store and satellite storage locations across multiple sites Oversee ordering, receipting, issuing, stocktaking and reconciliation of inventory, invoices and purchase requisitions Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely supply, compliance and cost-effective outcomes About you: You are an organised and proactive inventory professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and enjoys supporting operational teams. About the Assets & Infrastructure Division - Maintenance Services Metro South Maintenance Services are the incumbent maintenance provider for Metro South Health Hospitals and Health Service (MSH) Facilities, with the primary objective to manage the corrective and preventative maintenance for all MSH infrastructure and facilities.
