About the role An Accredited Exercise Physiologist working within a passionate team of Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists, Pilates Instructors and Personal Trainers. We deliver in clinic tailored exercise programming in a 1on1 setting or clinical group exercise class. We also run various Pilates and fitness based classes from our gym or Pilates studio spaces. In this role, you will work Part-Time (20-30hrs per week) providing high quality Exercise Physiologist interventions and therapy support to our clients at FNQ Health & Fitness. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating these interventions within a client-focused and goal-centred framework. Key responsibilities include: Identification of rehab and disability support for clients Develop indvidualised client interventions, therapy support plans and treatment Delivering excellent clinical services related to assessment, treatment, planning and evidence-based practice Identify and support client goal setting Collaboration with Physiotherapist’s and other Allied Health professionals as required Referrals to internal and external providers Participate in ongoing professional development and staying up to date with latest research and treatment techniques About you… To be successful in this role, you will have a balanced approach to supporting a diverse caseload and be committed to whole person care ensuring you deliver quality support to your customers. Your dedicated to enriching the lives of our customers and provide information, advice and support about exercise to help them manage diverse conditions.
