How You’ll Make an Impact As our NDIS & Home Care Specialist, you will be the face of our support services. Your mission includes: Onboarding & Advocacy: Guiding new customers through the NDIS journey, explaining how our support works, and setting them up for success. Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as a key point of contact for Support Coordinators and Plan Managers to ensure seamless service delivery. Precision & Compliance: Managing service agreements and quotes with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring all NDIS guidelines are met. End-to-End Support: Handling everything from initial enquiries to administrative reporting and billing, ensuring no customer falls through the cracks. About You We are looking for a "people person" with a sharp administrative brain. You’ll thrive here if you have: Sector Experience: A background in NDIS, Aged Care, or fast-paced rostering/coordination. Communication Excellence: The ability to explain complex processes with empathy and clarity. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel) and ideally experience with DocuSign. Problem-Solving DNA: You take initiative, work well independently, and love finding solutions for your customers. Compliance Ready: You hold (or are ready to obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening Check and are an Australian Citizen or Resident. Ready to Join the Team?
