Job Description Own and deliver robust, scalable systems , influencing architecture and design decisions Practise a true “you build it, you own it” mindset — from development to monitoring and support Build clean, maintainable code with strong CI/CD practices and modern engineering standards Work as a full-stack engineer , building backend services in Node.js (TypeScript) with React front-ends Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, BAs, and Engineers in cross-functional agile squads Partner with Product and UX to shape intuitive customer journeys and interaction patterns Drive team rhythm across planning, delivery, deployment, and continuous improvement Mentor and uplift engineers across the team and broader engineering group Apply AI tools thoughtfully across the SDLC to improve productivity, quality, and outcomes
