Synergie is looking for practical, hands-on 2nd Class Welders to join a busy workshop producing high-quality agricultural equipment . This is Day Shift only role with stable, long-term hours and great pay . What You’ll Do: MIG welding mild steel components Cutting, grinding, and preparing materials Reading and following basic workshop drawings Working safely as part of a production team Keeping your work area clean and organised About You: 2nd Class Welder with MIG experience Practical welding skills, confident on mild steel Able to read and follow drawings Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Shift & Pay: Day Shift only: Mon–Thu 6:00am–2:30pm | Fri 6:00am–12:00pm $34–$40 per hour (depending on experience) Long-term work with potential for permanency If you’re a hands-on welder who wants stable Day Shift work with good pay, we want to hear from you!
